I stayed at the Inn in Cheraw for two nights during a recent trip with my husband and our dog. The lack of extra charges for pets really impressed me. We had a room that was reasonably cozy, though not without issues. The location was perfect for attending the NASA Sandblast Rally Races nearby. However, I found the continental breakfast quite disappointing. the donuts were stale and the coffee was cheap. We opted to grab breakfast at McDonald's instead. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. We found hair shavings around the sink, and the comforter had a large stain that was disturbing. I ended up using extra towels to wipe down surfaces. I called for maid service, but even after they tidied up, the toilet seat had been missed. The thin walls allowed us to hear other guests, which made it hard to relax. I was hoping for a bit more cleanliness and a better breakfast experience, but the pet-friendly policy and location saved the trip for us.

Just a smart choice for an overnight stay in Cheraw with great value for the money. The owners were friendly and super accommodating when we needed extra towels. Check for any room updates. some seem more recently remodeled than others.
